Breakfast- 2 bananas and water
Lunch- Peanut Butter Sammy, with whole wheat bread.
Snack- Pumpkin seeds and 1 diet soda.
Dinner- Steamed mixed veggies, small chicken breast, a couple of bites of leftovers.
Snack- Small bowl of organic flax flakes and banana. Made with soy milk.
exercise- Jog around with my doggy.
Feelings- I feel good.. i guess I didn't need a bowl of cereal. I should have just ate the banana and that's it. I caved and had a diet soda too.. that's ok, it tasted crappy so I'll do without today :)
