Day 8

Well during the weekend I couldn't eat bananas in the morning, but I did stick to the rest of the plan. So I ate healthfully and ate small portions.
Even though I can't weigh myself, I feel that I've lost a lb or 2. We'll see tho. I know I've been eating way less, and exercising alot more. So that's great!

Day 8

Breakfast- 1 banana

Lunch- Peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat. 1 apple

Snack- 4 1/2 wheat thins, LOL

Dinner- Homemade burger with jalapeno veggie cheese(non dairy) no bun, rosemary potato wedges and organic baked beans.

I couldn't exercise yesterday because I pulled a muscle. Better today!
