2nd day

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Snack- 2 grapes.. Obviously I wasn't hungry XD

Lunch-Leftovers from dinner the night before;
My special diet shepard's pie

Snack-Homemade roasted pumpkin seeds

Dinner-Turkey sammy on whole wheat with lettuce and pickles, 2% cheese 1 slice.
1/2 sausage and steamed carrots.

snack-apple or grapes have not decided :D

I must say I did not exercise today because I had a bad headache, and then when it went away it was dark out.. So tomorrow I'll have to exercise a bit more.

Feelings today: I did not eat till full and I only ate till satisfied. The seeds helped keep me satisfied till dinner and they are healthy!
I drank alot of water throughout the day as well.

Day two and I'm still alive...

[CENTER]Well, it started off ok... I ate a banana and ever-so-slowly sipped my lukewarm water for breakfast this morning. I'm still in need of losing the weight I've had, so no "overnight success" at this point. :D I ate a "sensible lunch" and am still "sensibly hungry", so I'm enjoying a snack-pack of pretzels to tide me over until dinner at 6pm. My fourth day

Well, I will just report that from 88KG, I am no down to 84 KG. I started dieting a week ago and did the MBD diet for 4 days now.

I ate ramen for dinner. I am against ramen coz it's carbs no matter what angle I look to it, but I crave for it today so I have no choice but to give in for 1 pouch :D

my lunch was Pork and Beans (with no real pork lolz) and I gave in for a multigrain snack and peanuts (fried ones)

But thinking about it,my calorie intake today is still below the recommended RDA (sigh) oh well....

Let's see if this will work out. I am not going to stop :)

first day

started the diet today, had one banana in the am around 7ish and another one around 8, have been sipping water in between, been feeling full, lets see how long it lasts, want to loose 5-7 pounds:)

It is too late for me to get the bananas for in the morning, but I definitely plan to start the diet on Wednesday.
Besides the diet, I plan to start exercising again. I have the video at home for T-TAPP, yet plan to follow the videos at the on-line site

I think I did pretty well, this is definitely a diet I can handle but I dont think just one pack of fruit snacks for my snack is enough, I was ravenously hungry by 5, after all they arent even a full ounce each anyway.

Learned About This Diet Today

I heard about this diet on the radio on my way to work this morning. I've been successful with weight watchers but it's a lot of work. I'm going to start this in the morning. Is it really just a bananna and warm water in the morning and then eat what ever you want at the other two meals. What about during the day? can you drink diet soda?
