wow.... i have lost 18 lb with in a month

Hi friends,

I think this is the best diet for you to reduce your weight.... I have lost 18 lb with in a month..... i just can't beleive this.... but it really happened..... THIS DIET REALLY WORKS.........

omgg congratulations!! do u mind giving me tips on what you ate for the whole month, lunch dinner snack.. breakfast.. i would really appreciate it.. i just started.. my weigh in day is tomorrow and i'm really curious how much i lost its been a week, but i don't think i lost a lot anyways, pls reply soon and realli congrats!

here are the tips
Morning- two middle size bananas
Lunch- around 12:30- 1:30- rice, chicken or fish with vegetables/ pasta with vegetables. you can have a soup also
Snack- normally a sandwich or fruits or lowfat youget- around 4pm
Dinner- brown rice, meat/fish and vegetables or vegetable soup and a fruit.
remember to sleep before midnight.

when you are in this diet, try to eat more fruits.

thx for the tips.. i'll try it out.. ar eu done with your diet spree?? haha.. i'm just starting mine... hope i could lose as much as you!
