Day 3 of diet.. decided to weigh myself starting every sunday heehee

Breakfast::
7:30am
1 banana, 1 glass of room temp water

Lunch::
12:30pm
2 slices of potato bread, light mayo, 1 slice of honey ham, 1 slice of all american cheese, one piece of romania lettuce
2 choco chip cookie with some chedder ruffles. .. (bad.. realli!! bad...)

Snack::
3:30pm
1/2 cup of haagan daz pineapple and coconut ice cream with a choco chip cookie

Dinner::
6:15pm
New York Minute Salad with some pork and chicken

NO DESSERT!

Bedtime:: ehh.. 12:05

today was bad....
