Day 17--Down around 5.5 lbs

I weighed in at 160.8 this morning :-) Here's kind of what I've been eating the past 24 days:

[B]Breakfast:[/B] 1 banana and water

[B]Lunch:[/B] 45 calorie hot dog on a wheat bun (155 calories); baked chips (probably 120 cals worth); and maybe a little fruit. Sometimes I'll have a salad with chicken (Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad a McDonald's is my favorite!)
Dinner:[/B] Whatever I feed my family.

[B]Snacks:[/B] About 10 almonds per day; sometimes a yogurt or some small treat.

I try to stop the eating by 8 although I have eaten after that a few times. I've been going to bed by midnight. I only drink water (no soda, no coffee, no alcohol, etc.).

I do exercise--about an hour 4-5 days per week. I mostly walk and jog; do some light weight training :-)
