B(7AM): 1 banana

9AM: I had 1 egg and some cheese grits, coffee w/ van. soymilk.

11-11:30AM: Rowing

1PM: handful of dried cherries

1:30PM: Nutrisystem chicken & barley, multigrain sandwich thin bread toasted w/butter.
I say better to use a little of the real stuff than a lot of chemicals.

5PM: 3 chicken strips(or however you call it when you get the chicken cut up like that)that I coated in seasoning and baked, rice, kimchi, seaweed(nori).

8PM: small scoop van ff ice cream
