Breakfast - 6am 2 banana's 1 cup warm water

snack 9am -- instant oatmeal

lunch 11:30-- salad

snack 2:50 pm- sm ice cream

supper 6pm- pork chop- with corn and greens:o


I got pretty hungry about 8:30 and I did have some cereal. I hope I do better tommorrow.

I did start exercising today I ran 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill.

I'm going to try and stick with this for awhile
I'd like to lose at least 15 pounds. Right now I weight 143.5. :o
