Today is Friday January 23, 2009 and this is going on week 2 for me with the Banana Diet, and it is working as I metnioned I do not have a scale at home but I'm strictly going off the way my clothes are fitting me. I'm using this method because ultimately that is what I want is to look better in my clothes so to get on scale everyday and see if I've lost a pound or 2 is not going to cut it for me the end result for me is how I look in my clothes when I look in the mirror and if they are looking better and better to me each day or week I'm ok with everything. And that's the result that I'm receiving here in week 2 my clothes are fitting better, even looser so this confirmation enough for me. I find that with doing the banana in the mornign with water (room temp) I get the feeling of being very full and I can go until lunch time before I really need to eat again and then I'm good until dinner time and not really needing to snack in between, but if I do snack it's fruit or some type of reduced calorie snack. I went on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 to Washington DC to see Preisdent Barack Obama get sweared as the nation next Presidnet and even though I started my day very early and got away from the routine, my appetite was very low that day, may have been all of the excitement but I did not feel a need to eat that much, even though I'm not a big eatter, I have really reduce my food intake and I think that I'm learning good eating habits with this. Hope everyone else is having the same kind of success that I'm having.
