1/2 bottle of water
1/2 a milk bun
1 bowl of shrimp wonton

Snack::
5:30pm
yoplait yogurt

Dinner::
7:30pm
chicken wings/legs
brown rice
vegetables
2 shrimp, 1 mussel

Snack::
10:05 pm
1 peach

i wonder if that breakfast was too late..?
i hope this works >_<
