Need about 40-50 pounds to lose, so I am going to dive right into this diet.

Day 4

Breakfast- 2 bananas

Lunch- Turkey Sammy with whole wheat, low fat mayo, lettuce, pickles and veggie cheese.

Snack- Peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread

Dinner- Chicken soup and crackers

Snack- Apple with peanut butter

Feelings-I didn't exercise today again.. ugh.. I usually do everyday.. But I got some bad news so I was in no mood. but otherwise..I felt like I ate a little too much.. I think I'm going to cut back on my snacking.

no change in weight whatsoever, if anything i seem to have gone up on the scale. dont know, not so sure

Bad day yesterday - Scale wise. My scale is broken at home so I have been weighing myself at the Gym. I'm up 2 pound from my original weight. Lbs -252 but I think the scale was off originally. I will stick it out another week & see.

Breakfast 2 Bananas & water
Lunch - Went out for Lunch - Bunch of Appetisers & Bison Burger
Snack - Mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cup.
Dinner - Coffee & Scone
Drinking water through out the day.

2 Bowel Movements

I will weigh myself on Monday - let's see

I really feel bloated though.

Day 3 Complete - first pound down!

It was to my surprise this morning that I had lost a pound. after two days on the diet. :):):) I was really amazed. I honestly didnt think this would work it was more of way to motivate myself to get back in shape. I hope it keeps up.;)

B - 2 bananas, 1 bottled water
L - Tuna Sandwich (Panera Bread), 1 bottled water
D - Spagetti, full glass of water
S - none yet and I dont expect to its 9:50

45 min of tennis

I am realizing that if I drink a full glass of water with my meal I stay full all night. of course I have tried this only twice. :rolleyes:

I am really scared about the weekend. During the work week my days are so organized its easy to follow a diet plan. My weekends are all over the place. I hope I can keep up. :o

[B]Weight:[/B] 221.6 pounds (Going down a little, that’s good)
[B]Body Fat:[/B] 40.6% (I think the weight that I gained was and is water.)
[B]Bedtime:[/B] 00:00 p.m.
[B]Bowel Movements:[/B] 3
[B]Exercise:[/B] 40 mins fast walking, 50 pushups (on my knees)

1 banana
12 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (11:30 a.m.)

1 pouch of shin ramyun



[B]Snack[/B] (03:00 p.m.)


½ 3 musketeers bar

1 ½ cups rice porridge (rice cooked in a LOT of water to give it oatmeal-like texture)
1 cup mixed vegetables cooked in soy sauce and aji-mirin

Day 3

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Snack- Pumpkin seeds and 1 diet soda.

Dinner- Steamed mixed veggies, small chicken breast, a couple of bites of leftovers.

Snack- Small bowl of organic flax flakes and banana. Made with soy milk.

exercise- Jog around with my doggy.

Feelings- I feel good.. i guess I didn't need a bowl of cereal. I should have just ate the banana and that's it. I caved and had a diet soda too.. that's ok, it tasted crappy so I'll do without today :)

Day 2 Complete

B - 2 bananas, extreamly ripe. this was an accident. :eek: 1 bottled water.
L - PB&J sanwich, carrots and grapes
D - lemon chicken, garlic mashed potatoes and cream corn. 1 glass of water - 6:30pm
S - none

No workout today



On day one after I posted my blog I was so hungry I gave in and had some pineapple at 10:30pm. Yes I know this is late but I couldn't help it. The pineapple did fill me up but when I went to bed at 11:30 I had a tummy ache which proceeded until the next day. :mad:

Well I think I did better than yesterday with my food intake and the schedule. Although, I did go to bed early and did not give 4 hours in between dinner and going to bed. I will need to work on that too.
