Hate bananas...this diet will be a struggle

Today is day 1 for me with this diet. The two fruits I absolutely don't like are apples and bananas. I love mangos, coconut, grapefruit and an occasional orange. The only way I can bear to eat bananas is with cereal (cheerios), or eating it raw with a little peanut butter or honey. BUT since the rules state that I must it a banana before meals by itself, I will do just that. This is going to be a struggle.

[COLOR="DarkSlateBlue"][SIZE="3"]I went and purchased the bananas. I will start my diet tomorrow. Hopefully I can lose 20 pounds by the end of July. ;)

Today I woke up too late so I was unable to eat the bananas.

For lunch l had noodles and bottled green tea.

For dinner l had 1 1/2 bowls of rice with tomatoes, eggs, meat.

I went to sleep at 2 am.
Overall it was okay. I hope this diet works.

Where is everybody?

Posted April 18th, 2010 at 09:24 AM by vizzybizz
Well I stumbled across this diet a few days ago and have eaten a whole load of bananas since then. I now know the rules. Its sounds almost too good to be true but if others have lost then why shouldn't I. I am so sick of following a plan that doesnt work. I think I have my age working against me. But the potassium in the bananas has helped with my nightly leg cramps. Bananas are a whole food, perfect for breakfast so it cant hurt. Anyway, will post my progress.
Is there anyone else there doing the MB diet?
