ate breakfast. lunch. no dinner
big stomachache-> lost some pounds probably water weight.

119.2 pounds
after bathroom: 118.4 pounds
24.5% body fat

banana diet starting tomorrow!

Sounds too easy!!

OK, I'm going to try this. It just sounds too easy. I've tried so many other diets that haven't worked, I have to keep this a secret. 10lbs is all I need to lose and it has been impossible up till now. Any advise out there for the first week or so on this, other than the basic rules of the diet?

She is on a banana diet and she told me she lost some pounds so i'm going to start friday!

i hope i become 100 pounds which is my ultimate goal

Day 2

Today I was hungry after breakfast and ate a little more then yesterday.
Breakfast @ 8:30- 1 banana and 18oz of water, then @ 9:30 I had another 1/2 cup of oatmeal, I was starving!
Lunch @ 11:30- turkey snadwich on wheat today with some gold fish crackers and 8oz of water
I am making dinner now, probably eat within the hour, London Broil with mashed and some steamed broc & colli
Have to go out tonight to promote a show this weekend so will probably have a glass of wine at the tavern, will limit it to 1 glass

Day 13--Down almost 5 lbs.

I'm down to 161.8 this morning even after a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Can this "banana diet" really work? Seems to so far! (Thanks for the comment Daisy!)

Has anyone else noticed they don't desire as much food throughout the day. I'm not sure if it's in my head but the banana seems to be helping me throughout the day...or maybe it's because I didn't eat other breakfast foods that may trigger eating later in the day???

It'll be amazing if I can break into the 150s soon!

Okay, I just read something that said to give this diet 2 weeks. I figure either way it isn't hurting me so I will keep with it, but I could use some advice on making healthier choices and such.

Started the diet today!
Today's weigh in 146lbs
Goal: to loose 15-20 lbs

Breakfast @ 9:00- 1 banana and 12oz of water, I did have a half a cup of coffee at 10:30, I couldnt finish my daily cup, maybe because of the water? who knows :)

Lunch @ 11:30- 3/4 of a roast beef club sandwich and some fries (baked not fried) and a glass of unsweetened iced tea

About to have dinner, it's 6:00 now- stuffed chicken breast with broccoli and another glass of water.

I have to say that after breakfast I really wasn't as hungry as i thought i would be. I'm used to eating a bagel or a muffin with a cup of coffee for breakfast, so I was very suprised. I didn't need a snack today in the afternoon, so I guess my lunch was enough.

So far so good, but it was only 1 day, we will see how it goes!

After doing the research today, I have decided to start the bananna diet tomorrow, since I have already eaten breakfast today. My goal is to loose 20 pounds, we will see if this works!

I had...

Breakfast ( 8.20 AM ) : 1 banana, i cup of room temperature water and 1 chocolate pastry.

Midmorning ( 11.05 AM ) :1 packet of Doritos.

Lunch ( 2. 30 PM ) : 1 plate of chicken rice and a glass of water.

Snack (3.11 PM ) : Green tea and 1 bar of Snickers.

Dinner : don't know yet. probably the same as lunch.

I have been on so many, many different diets, but I liked this one because I love banana's. Does anyone have any feed back or advise for me. I'm new and would appreciate any feedback that any of you might have. :rolleyes:
