...friday madness...

[CENTER][B][SIZE=3][COLOR=orange]:)january 30, 2009:)...so far..i'm doing good..i'm not feeling weak or anything since i started this diet..and this is really cheap..i don't need any pill or any equipment to loose weight..plus the fact that if ever it didn't work out for me, i have no apprehensions since i know i did not took any chemical or any tablet to loose a few a pounds :D..i still eat two bananas in the morning and some water..i also add some longan fruits on the side..during my morning snack, i eat bread (white or whole-wheat) with peanut butter..i also had rice meal during my lunch..i dont eat rice at night or during dinner past 6 pm..i also have my desserts in moderation..i just drink water no juice or sodas on the side..i'm feeling good..and i hope that even if the result is not an instant one..i am looking forward to it everyday..though my only back log was, i was not able to have my weight checked..but tomorrow i will..:cool: oh! before i forgot..i also have power naps in the afternoon and when i got home i make sure to sleep by 10 pm..the earlier the better for me...:)[/COLOR][/SIZE][/B][/CENTER]

Day 91

The last time I weighed myself I was down to 156.2 (total lost is 10.2 lbs.). I haven't weighed myself in about a week. I have been eating my morning banana but have not been as good not eating after 8 PM. I've also been craving food within an hour of eating the banana. I try not to eat too much though. I think I ate 5 medium sized shrimp and 3 almonds between breakfast and lunch. I walked and ran 4 miles today and am scarfing down my lunch right now. I'll try to post my weight in the next few days.

Today is my 3rd day of the diet..My apologies for not still having my weight checked..I'll try do it this Saturday..Since yesterday I was not able to blog my morning banana diet, I will squeeze in todays blog what happened yesterday. I had rice noodle for breakfast with shrimp sauce..Then my morning snack was some chinese pancit noodles (again..) with peanuts (in celebnration of the chinese new year). For lunch, between 12nn to 1 pm I just slept..Coz I still feel full. But I had my banana when I woke up and some strawberry crackers..Around 3 pm I ate my supposed to be lunch (I was able to lessen my meal :D) On my way to my next racket, I was really craving for a chocolate cake, thank heavens I did not..whew..:rolleyes: At around 6:30 pm I had some vermicelli pancit noodle (ate a lot of noodles yesterday) and by 8 pm, my last stop..hehe..:D I had some liver adobo with NO rice, about 3-4 small pieces..I was on my bed at 10 pm ready to sleep..[/SIZE][/FONT][/B][/COLOR]
[B][FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=3][COLOR=royalblue] So this morning, around 7 am I took my first banana, some longan fruits and water..For my morning snack I will have a bread with peanut butter (salmonella free :D:D)..I also started yesterday to lessen my cup of rice..And even though our chiller is full of L-carnitine drinks (fit & right from del monte and fab from urc) I am continuing to ignore them no matter how tempted I am. I wanna stick to the ever trusted water. I really hope that before my Bday comes next next month..I am the lighter me..[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT][/B]
[B][FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=3][COLOR=#4169e1]Brangelina did not won any SAG award but I hope they can at least win an Oscar.. I love her make-up for the award though her dress was a-ok it was not that grand..:) But they are ever so charming couple..:)[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT][/B] [/CENTER]

Week 3 Jan 25 thru 31 (Beginning of week)

Ok I' starting week 3 and finding this diet to be a Breeze for me, I'm doing great with my food intake and sticking with the Banana with water (room temp) in the morning. This weekend I fudged a little on Sunday morning and skipped the Banana and water all together, but I had Brunch around 12:00 noon no breakfast at all and basically the brunch was my only meal the whole day. I did have a sanck of Pretzels (1 bag that is 100 calorie per bag) and that was all and I drank lots of waster that night before going to be (4 8oz bottles). I'm feeling really good the weight is coming off and my energy is up. I will let you know what things are like at the end of this week.:)

a chinese new year morning...

Last week, was the week when most of my co-workers told me I am getting bigger..As of now I don't know what my weight is but I presume I am more than 125 pounds heavier.. So after this blog entry I'm gonna head to my cousin's house and borrow a weighing scale :eek: and face my real world..Today, I ate like 3 pieces of tikoy or rice cake and a few longan fruit and a banana..I'm a banana eater but have not heard of the banana diet ever since..Not unitl it was featured on a local morning show..Hopefully, my goal is to loose a couple of pounds and be a 120 pound or less :D gal..I'm crossing my fingers to make this diet work..And I hope that Brangelina will win the SAG awards today respectively,hehe...[/B][/COLOR][/CENTER]

Week 2 Jan 18th thur 24th

Today is Friday January 23, 2009 and this is going on week 2 for me with the Banana Diet, and it is working as I metnioned I do not have a scale at home but I'm strictly going off the way my clothes are fitting me. I'm using this method because ultimately that is what I want is to look better in my clothes so to get on scale everyday and see if I've lost a pound or 2 is not going to cut it for me the end result for me is how I look in my clothes when I look in the mirror and if they are looking better and better to me each day or week I'm ok with everything. And that's the result that I'm receiving here in week 2 my clothes are fitting better, even looser so this confirmation enough for me. I find that with doing the banana in the mornign with water (room temp) I get the feeling of being very full and I can go until lunch time before I really need to eat again and then I'm good until dinner time and not really needing to snack in between, but if I do snack it's fruit or some type of reduced calorie snack. I went on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 to Washington DC to see Preisdent Barack Obama get sweared as the nation next Presidnet and even though I started my day very early and got away from the routine, my appetite was very low that day, may have been all of the excitement but I did not feel a need to eat that much, even though I'm not a big eatter, I have really reduce my food intake and I think that I'm learning good eating habits with this. Hope everyone else is having the same kind of success that I'm having.

Day 10(another 0.6kg down)

i weight my self today and now my weight is 62.2kg...its just after 10 days ........

today i had 2 banana and a glass of water for breakfast..

lunch; rice with chicken curry and an orange...

for dinner its a sausage buns...

banana diet work on me...:)
