Hi again I just wanted to say that this weekend I completey messed up on saturday and today. today I started off fine but my roomate got me chocolate for my birthday >.< a whole toberlone candy.soo bad!! haha but i did drink alot of water today more than i normally drink. this week i promise to do better!! I will also be doing aikido warmups if not everyday then probably on the weekends definitely. Because I walk alot during school days going to classes and what not. well although I dissapointed myself Im nto going to give up Im going to keep working for it.

2nd day

Hi again everyone so today i missed breakfast taking a midterm >.< but i had a banana with my lunch (mexican lasanga, steamed broccoli, salad, whole fruit smoothie) then for a snack a had a pom drink, and for dinner i had udon, green tea and a cookie. I know i had dessert normally i wouldnt but hey i had a sweet tooth XD . So I'm finally done with my midterms!! im so excited!! and tomorrow's my birthday well in about 4 minutes =]. I cant wait because tomorrow im going to disneyland!! well alright i'd better get some sleep im leaving out early. I'll post again tomorrow =]

first day =]

Hi everyone! so it's been the first day and I've followed it. for breakfast i had one banana then for lunch i had inari sushi then for a snack i had a bagel then for dinner I had lasagna ( i know it says to stay away from dairy but thats what my school served for dinner) miso soup, and steamed vegetables. I stopped eating around 7:50, so far this diet doesnt seem too hard. I've decided to post everynight that way I'll be less likely to break the diet =]. well thats all for today! I've studied really hard for my midterms so hopefully I'll do well!! wish me luck everyone!! byee:)

Hi everyone!! Im a college freshman who has lost 5 pounds since school started. Im trying to lose 15 pounds for the ending of the year before summer break begins.This diet actually seems like it'd be pretty fun and easy. Im starting it tomorrow so wish me luck everyone :D. and I wish you luck on your diets as well. I'll try to check in once every couple of days just to update where i am. I'll post my weight every 1-2 weeks seeing as im in a dorm and we dont have a scale in my room. alright i have to go study for midterms wish me luck on those as well!!

Hmmmm...I got down to 153 for a bit but then kind of slacked off on most of the rules. I eat a banana but then have been eating whatever. I exercise, on average, 4-5 days per week and then 2 nights a week. I am now weighing in at 155 lbs.

Start of my MBD!

I've read about this diet, and thought it looked pretty easy to follow...but never gave much thought to it as I was pretty lazy to start dieting...

However a week ago, I weighed myself in the gym, and was 3kg more than I thought I was, which made me want to lose weight...and I'm not particularly happy about my weight or body shape anyways.

Ok, stats!

Current Weight: 133.8lb
Goal Weight: 120lb

Started today with 1 banana and 1 cup of warm water, then been to the gym and was on the treadmill for 40 mins (20mins running, 20mins walking). And right now, cooking some 2 sweet potatoes which will be my lunch. For dinner...I dont know, might make some japanese curry, since i have some curry stock...

I couldn't resist the 2 tasty donuts for dinner.
Raaaaahhh.
2nd day, imma little sick of banana in the morning. :(:(:(

It's kind of not-so-good when we have weird meal times in school :/ I find it hard to plan my meals as I get up at 6.30 in the morning, have my breakfast around 7 and then recess in school at 10.30am. We can only have lunch after 2pm, when school ends. And we're supposed to have snack at 3pm?? :(

[B]Breakfast (7.15am): [/B]
Banana, water.
[B](8am):[/B]
1 hard-boiled egg w/o egg yolk
1 mini redbean 'pau'.

[B]Recess (10.30am): [/B]
1 mayo egg sandwich
1 slice honeydew

[B]Lunch (2.15pm): [/B]
Rice, fish & steamed tofu.

[B]Dinner (6pm): [/B]
2 subway cookies
7.45pm: 1 apple, 1 banana

[I]Am I eating too much?[/I] :confused::confused:
1st day diet - I'm feeling [B]rather energetic [/B]today as compared to before. :D
