DAY 10!! Gonna gain weight( my mom is back)

7:00 ( no jogging today)
- 1 banana
1 cup of yoghurt

11:00
- 2 slice of bread + half a cheese slice + pickle + peanut butter

2:00
- 1 1/2 cup of milk + 1 biscuit + corn flake
- 1 tub of yoghurt:mad:

6:00
- noodle fried + 1 banana

10:30
- Bed time:eek:
