Just had two bananas and two cups of coffee. It's 9:30 AM and I still feel hungry :(. For lunch I'm having a salad with cottage cheese and strawberries. at 3pm I'm definitely having a snack. Drinking lots of water and coffee helps with cravings.
**idea for diet people** Do you have an hour long lunch break like me? if you do, try to see if there's a gym near by. Luckily for me I have one that's 5 mins away, so I try to go to the gym at around 12pm, run for 30 mins, do 15 mins of weights and then head back to the office. It's really hard to stay motivated :( but after I work out I feel soooooo good!
