[B]My Morning Banana Diet Day # [/B][B]1[/B][B] (Oct [/B][B]31[/B][B], 2008)[/B][B] (Starting Fresh!)[/B]

[B]Weight:[/B] 223.2 pounds
[B]Body Fat:[/B]
[B]Bedtime:[/B] 10:30 p.m.
[B]Bowel Movements:[/B] 2
[B]Exercise:[/B] pushups, squats, wall sits, crunches, chair hamstrings and burpees (squat thrusts), 2 sets of 10 each, jogging in place for 5 minutes at very fast pace.

[B]Breakfast[/B] (8:00 a.m.)

1 banana
12 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (11:30 a.m.)

1 cup rice w/hot pepper paste and kimchi
1cup shiro miso soup

[B]Snack[/B] (1:45 p.m. & 3:00 p.m.)


1 medium apple, cut and peeled
(Ate half at 1:45, other half at 3 because I had a taste for apples)

[B]Dinner[/B] (7:00 p.m.)

[B]Thoughts and feelings[/B]

Starting fresh all over again. This time making better food choices. Before I still used to eat nasty junky food. Now I am trying to keep my diet as close to the Japanese/Koreans as I can (without fish, which I have an allergy to, substituting tofu for most meat)and since I have quite a bit to lose, also incorporating some exercise. Throughout the day, I drink lukewarm green tea and water unless otherwise noted.
