Let's GO!!!!!

So this is my second day and awesome news i lost two pounds already I plan to take this to the next level by exercising more. When I'm hungry I sip on water and occupy myself later when I'm trully hungry i eat a meal. I mean since I'm in spring break the time slots are easier but when it's over who knows..............

Starting a journey

Hello everyone
I've decided to start the bananna diet tomorrow after reading your blogs. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I try to walk on the tread at least three days a week walking two miles each time and lifting some weights. What foods do you suggest I stay away from? Thanks

*1 Banana and 1 glass of lukewarm water

[B]Lunch 01:00 PM: [/B]
*Kitsune Udon (Japanese noodle soup)

[B]*3 PM Snack: [/B]
*fruit salad (1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, 3 strawbrries, 30ml soy milk)

[B]Dinner 06:00 PM:[/B]
*Inarizushi and Temaki sushi

5 cookies
'm disappointed because I hadn't stop eating after 2 cookies... :(

[B]*Bedtime [/B]

-15 min. weight training
-30 min. dancing

I'm feeling good today...

MoBaDi - 1st DAY (6th March)

The last few weeks I've read a lot about the Morning Banana Diet and it intrigued me. Moreover I'm very obsessed with the Japanese culture, food and really everything which had to do with Japan, so I said "Hey you wanna lose some weight anyway, so give it a try!"

And here I am! :D

[B]Starting weight: 62 kg
Today's weight: 62 kg[/B]
[U][B]Breakfast[/B] 8:00 AM: [/U]
*1 1/2 Banana and 1 glass of lukewarm water

[U][B]Lunch[/B] 02:30 PM: [/U]
*30g of brown rice, avocado-lettuce-salad, 3 ricepaper springrolls

[U][B]Dinner[/B] 06:30 PM:[/U]
*1 bowl of miso soup, japanese style potatoe salad with broccoli

*Dessert: 1/2 apple with 50ml soy milk and 20g Cornflakes

*[B]Bedtime[/B] will be at 11:00 PM, tonight.

*I did some [B]exercising[/B], namely 15 min. Weight training, 20 min. Weight Stepping, 30 min. Dancing

Today I'm totally exhausted and I've got a headache. I think the lack of sleep during the last week is the culprit. But finally it's weekend! I'm looking foward to my warm and cosy bed.

This is my first day on the Morning Banana Diet and so far so good I am full still from lunch and not hungry for anything its great :)

For a kinda breakfast right before lunch I had 1 banana 8 ounces water I then had half a subway melt left over from last night.

Week 7 - Feb 22nd - 28th

Well I wrapped up week 6 not to good, over the weekend I had a lot of work going on at my house and felt the need to eat chips, cookies and lots of other junk:confused:. Week 7 new week and I started Monday morning back on track with the Gym and my morning Banana, so I'm not going to beat myself up about the weekend. The weight lose is still happening I just need to get back on track and stay on it. I'm still having an issue with my bowels not mving every day and when they do I have to take something so I not sure what this is all about, my system adjusting or the change of diet. I'm monitoring that issue and hoping this will pass soon. Well I will update about this week 7 on Friday.:cool:
