Started the diet today!
Today's weigh in 146lbs
Goal: to loose 15-20 lbs
Breakfast @ 9:00- 1 banana and 12oz of water, I did have a half a cup of coffee at 10:30, I couldnt finish my daily cup, maybe because of the water? who knows :)
Lunch @ 11:30- 3/4 of a roast beef club sandwich and some fries (baked not fried) and a glass of unsweetened iced tea
About to have dinner, it's 6:00 now- stuffed chicken breast with broccoli and another glass of water.
I have to say that after breakfast I really wasn't as hungry as i thought i would be. I'm used to eating a bagel or a muffin with a cup of coffee for breakfast, so I was very suprised. I didn't need a snack today in the afternoon, so I guess my lunch was enough.
So far so good, but it was only 1 day, we will see how it goes!
