[B]Weight:[/B] [/COLOR]Forgot to weight myself this morning *d'oh*! I've realized that after finishing my lunch meal...:(
I'll make sure not to forget tomorrow ^^
[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Breakfast[/B] (10:45 a.m.)[/COLOR]
2 bananas (as usual)
250 ml of room temperature water
[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (2 p.m.)
[/COLOR] I went to a Vietnamese restaurant with a friend, and this is what I've ordered:
-Soup (forgot the name)
-grilled beef & shrimp with vermicelli
but no dessert... (of course :rolleyes:)
[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (4 p.m.)[/COLOR]
1 Orange & grapes
[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Dinner[/B] (6:30 p.m.)
[COLOR=Black]- Tofu stir fry
[/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=DarkOrchid][COLOR=black]
*I'll prepare a thermos like yesterday, but this time I'm trying mint tea (use fresh mint, it's really good!)[/COLOR]
[B]Thoughts and Feelings:

it's almost 6:30 pm, and I don't feel hungry at all... I can't believe the difference! Before I started this diet I wouldn't eat breakfast but then I would get really hungry for lunch time, then crave something really sweet (cakes, cookies, soda..) around 4-6, and eat dinner around 9-10 pm until I feel stuffed[/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=black]...
Hope I'll never go back to my old habits!
