So far...

I have not had much progress. I ate "healthy" for three days, and gained three pounds. The next day, I ate absolute crap - mcdonalds, taco bell, burger king, and I woke up three pounds lighter. After again eating as healthy as I can at home, work, and school (wich is relatively easy, since at home: I have things I get at the farmers market on the weekends, at work, our food comes from the farmers market, and at school: strangely enough, the only things that taste/smell good and are affordable are the healthy things), but again, three or so days of eating all this healthy stuff, I'm back where I started. Honestly, I'm beginning to think my body only wants the unhealthy stuff since that's what'sb een giving me results, not the healhy stuff. .. I don't know what to do. I'd ask for tips, but no one uses this site other than me, so...that's going to be pretty useless...

Oh, and dinner tonight was taco bell. I had a baja blast (like, medium size), soft taco, and some of the beefy cheese burrito - I didn't like the cheese on the outside...

anysnooch, here's the rest.

BREAKFAST six am: medium apple, lots of mio water, last mallowcreme pumpkin. Mood: tired
Lunch: around 11? Bunless dog with ham, egg, ketchup, mustard in a cup. Water.
Mood: stressed, nauseous.
Snack: about two ten. ¾ mound mashed potatoes, maybe one mound, I didn’t eat both mounds, but I picked off of the second one a bit…oh, and some gravy.
Dinner will be my spinach noodles with the sauce again, except for my cayenne. None of that today. Tum tum no likey me.
Mood: confused. I just wrote a thing that’s not really a blog or rant, just…truths about myself that didn’t really clear anything up. I don’t know what to do about it. I also still feel kind of nauseous, and I want to dance, but probably shouldn’t today. But dishes also have to get done, and if I’m gonna be up, I might as well dance.

BREAKFAST:…I guess it was a raspberry vanilla soy steamer with a little whip and my litchi shake sprinkled in.
Mood: not hungry, agitated about bus. Didn’t miss it, they just aren’t as frequent on Sundays.
LUNCH: hot dog – actually used bun for lack of real breakfast, ham, egg, habanero sauce, ketchup, mustard and a pickle. Ice cream, water. I also had a all hot chocolate with my shake mixed in.
Mood: happy ish. Later, sad, confused, very angry.
DINNER: kfc snacker (those shits have become rip-offs since the last time I went there.) shared mac and cheese with bf, fries (also shared), and a little bucket parfait – chocolate. Shake sprinkled on.
Mood: full…And now that I’m watching fringe, I’m reminded that I don’t miss shrimp. “shrimp are an animal that need to be deveined by inserting a shallow cut before removing the vein, which is – in fact- not a vein, but the crustacean’s intestinal tract.” Yeah. I always think that when I see people eating popcorn shrimp. I just prefer to avoid it altogether. Besides, I know someone allergic to raw shrimp…we had a scare one year – well, I did, at least.
I did very little dancing today. I figure at work I didn’t eat that much today ( the snackers are very small, and breakfast was…a beverage…), and work requires much of this routine: walk, stand, move around from the torso up, take a few steps – all of this repeated frequently -, walk more, move around, and end of day: move around, lift/clean/carry/push/pull heavy things, or not heavy things many times, sometimes sweep. I figure today was food light, emotion heavy, and headache-inducing. Dancing not required.

BREAKFAST: couple lychee, some chips. Late a.m. and a couple of cookies.
Mood: indifferent. Tired, want to go out today. School started so hat’s hovering around in my brain, too. Watching fringe again. Wanna finish all the episodes before we have to take them back. :P

More spinach noodles

This morning I woke up at ten and started on the noodles about half an hour later - same as yesterday, but fewer. I also had 1/2 an egg (I cooked two, gave the rest to my bf), and 1/2 a slice of bacon. I also had three cheese puffs, but I put more cheese in them than usual. Anyway, Oh, I also had more kimchi than usual. I really enjoyed my breakfast - Oh, and an apple! a small apple! I love apples. And now I'm about to have a caesar salad and some egg salad as a dip. ^___^ I'm so happy! Wow, this is really salty. I'll be watering it up in a few. lol.

I feel so fatttttttttt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I swear I don't speak like that in real life...

I went to my job and freaking ordered small fries 'cuz I thought they'd be small, but no...they were not. I didn't finish all of them, but I ate more than enough of them. I also accidentally got diet pop, which some would argue is not an issue, but for me it is. I wanted cherry. (since I work here, I like to (like even some customers) pick a cup and choose a pop from in front of the counter. My arm wasn't long enough...I also had those mallow creams. This means I can't have as many of the chicken wings, but that's fine, 'cuz then I can take some home, if the bf doesn't help me eat them first. also, I can focus on the celery. I think I'm feeling this fiber from yesterday and this morning though...this will not be good in a couple hours...let's hope there's a speedy bus driver.

So happy!

from my last weigh in (the journal-y things), I've lost 1.5 lbs, so I'm finally making progress.
breakfast today was the noodles I had last night (I just made them over again), four cream cheese puffs, and some lichee. I ate three of them, I think. Maybe four, I don't remember, they're so good, though. I need to buy not-canned lichee from the market soon. Maybe I can convince the bf to tag along, he wants to stay in and just watch fringe - which I'd be all for if lichee season wasn't ending soon. Oh well, I can always get it canned in the store, and rinse them off - the syrup can't be good for me.

Anysnooch, lunch was most of a buffalo chicken sandwich (it only had chicken, sauce, and bread. I cut some of the bread off, probably a third or so...maybe less, like a fourth. I dn't remember, but I didn't eat all of the bread. I had five mallow-cream pumpkins because a of all) the guy gave me a discount, and b of all) I haven't seen them outside of the halloween mix in ages, so I had to take advantage.

I got a small soy steamer with a cherry shot as usual, and I found out that a of all) yes, the one cashier had been giving me a discount, and b of all) He's aparrently desperate, because he keeps trying (with no success) to flirt with any woman who strikes his fancy. Ah well.

I'll be heading into work later just to steal their internet and take advantage of the fact that they are open later than most other places...well...I might not do that. I might just go on to the bar - there's a free show there, and I'm excited to try and get my social life going again. I think one of the bandmates was telling me bout it today. He was talking like he was in the show, at least. Not that it matters much either way (He didn't strike my fancy too much, and I've got a mate - which is probably why he didn't...)

No idea what I'm doing for dinner. If I'm at the bar, it'll likely be ...wings, or corndogs, and fries. Though I could try the diner. I could also try this chipotle behind me. I'm not actually that hungry right now. I put some of my powder in the drink earlier. Meh.

breakfast wasn't til like...10 today. But I had a medium apple, a normal sized glass of water (measuring cup said 8 oz.), 6 homemade cream cheese puffs, and two pizza ones at 11. Lunch will be lunchables. I have an italian soda with me now that I've been sipping on for a couple of hours. I don't know what dinner will be. I also had a huge rice crispy bar...but I got some dance vids, so when I get home, I can dance it off all night! I wanna learn dancehall SO BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDD. dinner will probably be pizza wontons, but no pepperoni, cuz thats for the bf. I know he likes them. but I did make some black rice, which I forgot to put in my blog yesterday. I had black rice, kimchee and soy sauce. I'll cut the sauce eventually..I think. I just like my rice black. but I don't think it was the glutinous one this time...sad. well, it turned my stuffs purple. Oh, I od'd on fiber...bad chizz. not doing again, lol!

anysnooch, 8/18-8/21
breakfast: small apple, water. at 5 in the morning.
10: large apple, bunless hotdog, tomato, onlin, pickle, egg, habanero sauce, ketchup, and water. (most of that in a cup except the apple and water.)
2: a couple bites of gelato. - gave the rest to a friend.
3: 8-10 small chicken wings, 1/2 order of fries
5:30 cake lolli, small mocha light frapp. soy
7pm: homeade carrot/tater soup with ham and kimchi. (ham was super thin deli style)
breakfast: am (weekend breakfasts are always between 5 and 6 am.
mdium banana and apple, water.
9:30: thin 1/2 of bagel with cream cheese, lettuce, tomato, and egg on side. 3/4 can sprite.
noon 1/2 can coke.
2pm: bunless dog, ketchup, mustard, italian soda.
3:pm: 20 pringles.
dinner: same soup as yesterday. no kimchi.
late snack: kimchi and rice.
breakfast: 10 am. cereal, rice, kimchi, soy sauce.
lunch: hot dog, 1/4 bag chips, 1/4 can coke.
dinner: jimmy johns pepe, no cheese or mayo. 1/2 bag chips, water.
later; can coke.
later: can ravioli spiced up.
9:30 am. cream of wheat with lychee meal replacement, cinnamon, and fiber mixed in.
5:pm .
bunless burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion, small fry, and side caesar salad (only ate like...3/4ths of the meal.)
late dinner will be black rice and kimchi, if I feel like cooking. (at 10-11pm, I probably won't.)

I don't talk or type like that...usually...>.>...

Anysnooch, Luckily, I work at a farmers market so I have great exposure every weekend to fresh fruits and veggies. Well, mostly veggies, although there are of course unhealthy options around (donuts, I'm not sure where the eggrolls fall - I think they're Vietnamese style -, and I work at a bagel stand. *bagels usually have 300+ calories alone*), and then we make them sandwiches with loads of veggies (yay), sometimes ham, or turkey and an occasional egg (if it's the turkey kind), but people like to add mayo *yuck. I don't like it.* And of course cream cheese.

Our most elaborate sandwich walks out of the stand somewhere between
500=620 calories. Probably not that bad, but most people also buy the lemonade (yes, homemade, also, incredibly calorie dense, or a pop, and they've also most likely had a donut or two.) It also doesn't seem to leave much room for lunch/dinner, calorie wise.

I normally just have ham, egg, veggies, and maybe a dollop of cream cheese (but almost never) in a cup. I eat it with chopsticks because we don't have forks.
I don't take a pop unless it's a coke and my stomach is upset (seems to help).

I've had to alter the diet, though, ...after having gone off. Well, anysnooch, I'm starting again, but with apples. I didn't see much weight gain while I was off, and when I went off track, I'd just add kimchi to my late night snack, and sometimes have it in the morning. I had kimchi and rice today with my apple. Tomorrow, it will just be a couple of apples, and some water. To officially start over. lol.

I've been off!!!!

Egadz, I haven't been here in a while, and I was supposed to update on my tumblr, but I lost internet and my login info. (I found it after MUCH digging around.) So I've been slackin.

I found these, though, and they're good reads. I'll be using some of this. When I finally get moved in, it's gonna be real foods instead of just ramen and hot dogs... I had to trim the link down at first, and scroll down the page because for some reason the page wasn't originally found. Well, so far I do two of these things: Keeping a diet journal (sort of), and "pelvis exercises", (hula hooping! So much fun!).

I just found them in the forums, really.

That's about it for now. ^_____^
