Where is everybody?

Posted April 18th, 2010 at 09:24 AM by vizzybizz
Well I stumbled across this diet a few days ago and have eaten a whole load of bananas since then. I now know the rules. Its sounds almost too good to be true but if others have lost then why shouldn't I. I am so sick of following a plan that doesnt work. I think I have my age working against me. But the potassium in the bananas has helped with my nightly leg cramps. Bananas are a whole food, perfect for breakfast so it cant hurt. Anyway, will post my progress.
Is there anyone else there doing the MB diet?

The new Crusader Colosseum

Posted March 26th, 2010 at 07:55 PM by yhzc
A massive update for 3.2 is nowLV live! The new Crusader Colosseum

instances (both the 5-man and the raid) are up with full loot tables. The long delay was caused by gross negligence

louis vuitton by my part about actually testing the backup being dumped on the

system which ingests, rates, and manages all the back-end cotentlouis vuitton handbags

of this site. When we migrated to new hardware we lost nearly all Wrath data! This, compounded with a whole new meaning to the

"Heroic" flag vs hard modes basically caused us to have to completely rebuildrolex wow-loot from the

ground up for Wrath. Lession learned; sys admins, don't let this happen to you! Even if you are backing up

automatic door data make sure you actually test it! On the bright side, due to this entire groud-up

rebuild Ulduar has beenrolex watches fully itemized and now hard-mode loot is seperated and

appropriately flagged here and for the new Trial of the Crusader raids. Enjoy! As I'm sure you're all aware, patch 3.3 has finally

landed. With
Wow gears this patch comes three new 5-man dungeons, and of course, the 10/25 man

raid dungeon Icecrown Citadel! Circular saw blade All of the items from the 5 mans,

the new Emblem of Frost and the new craftable gear has all been added along with ICC loot off of

TCT circular saw blade the first few bosses. Much of the remaining ICC loot is yet

to be discovered, but will be added asap .

Feeling lighter already. . .

Posted March 14th, 2010 at 08:54 AM by kjay77
Hello my new buddies,

First of all, I have been avoiding my scale like the plague. I finally forced my self to weigh this morning and I was five pounds lighter than I expected to be. Now that is the way to start a diet. Right? I am really excited about this program. It is so hard for me to restrict foods. The only thing that I will struggle with is not being able to have ice cream. I will actually get up in the morning at like 3 a.m. and eat all the ice cream in the freezer (alone while watching weight loss infomercials.) Ironic? My goodness, I am currently in an adulterous relationship with strawberry milkshakes. And yes, my husband does know about it. By the way, Little Debbie is one of my closest friends! LOL Anyhow, you know that saying, "Nothing Taste Better Than Being Thin Feels?" CRAP!!! I have never felt better in my life than when I am curled up in bed with a huge bowl of ice cream, drenched in caramel, covered with salty peanuts with sprinkles on top. You get my drift. Okay, so now I am drooling. My 6's are hanging up above my washing machine and I know that they miss me. I haven't put them on in two years. I take that back. I did put them on on New Year's day and they came a little above my knees. I was like, "Hey, they still fit me. . ."if I were a rapper." HA, HA. . . I thought that I'd put them in a place where I would be forced to look at them. I wash sooooo many clothes. Mother of 3, including twins. Now Nadya Suleman washes more than I do I am sure. Doesn't it suck how great she looks now? I mean, I'm happy for her just totally JEALOUS! Seriously, great job Nadya. Well, I hope that you guys found this entertaining. Perhaps it brought a little bit of comic relief to your day. In closing, I'd like to mention that I think this is the perfect eating plan for me cause I'm bananas anyhow!!! See ya.

Hello everyone, new banana... ^___^

Posted February 19th, 2010 at 02:29 PM by colsaka
hello everyone, I am colsaka.

In July 2009, I weighed at a peak of 138.6 pounds and ever since I have been trying to lose the weight. I tried excersising and eating healthy but soon that went down hill for me. So i decided to follow the apple diet and that left me in a temperory depression phase which was practically destroying me slowly...then came the starving and the vomiting...

In October I have changed my lifestyle and began to follow the "6x200calorie" diet and it worked for me, i must say it is not the most practical diet for someone who has obligations to eat with others but since I go to school it was somewhat easy for me to follow. I managed to go down to 121 pound.

However, I have begun to binge eat again; I follow the diet accordingly until about 7 pm and then I would instantly start snacking here and there...since i work at home on the computer until around 2pm everyday I end up feeling tired, sick and guilty every night.

I know that the "6x200calorie diet" works well for me but I have to teach myself both discipline and flexibility. I hope to do that through the morning banana diet.

p.s I also followed extreme calorie shifting for a while; it is not long lasting so I would not reccommend it(I'm only talking about hte extreme version, I have not tried long-term calorie shifting)

If any one is wondering, I am not bulimic. It was only a short term phase.

please comment, why did you follow the morning banana diet? Is it your last resort or have you tried others?

Day Two

Posted February 17th, 2010 at 08:43 AM by ak1234
This diet is so easy! I don't have to count points or calories or anything. Eating my banana reminds me that I'm trying to eat healthy and then the rest of the day I do great. My only problem is that I get really hungry at night, but that's probably just because my stomach expects to be fed then. I haven't weighed myself yet because my scale needs new batteries, but I do feel healthier already.

day 14 sunday weigh in day

Posted February 7th, 2010 at 10:02 AM by cyndiil
Starting Weight: 176 lbs
Current Weight: 170 lbs
Goal Weight: 125 lbs

Oh no... since the last weigh in day.. I've yet to lose any more pounds but instead i gained one...
well who could i blame but myself.. I've been splurging for a few days... couldn't keep my hands off the sweets and well i went to sleep pretty late every night..
I'll start all anew this week, I think a better way for me to stay on schedule is to plan out my menu for the whole week, then I'll something to look forward to, eat at appropriate times and won't splurge... *sighs* wish me luck!
