Day 13

Breakfast: A banana, a piece of sushi, a couple soda crackers, and some coffee jello. - it was a late breakfast

Lunch/Snack: a piece of quesadilla, a banana, berry, and pineapple juice smoothie, a roll, a wedge of cheese, and a handful of almonds.

Dinner: Green bean casserole, turkey, a roll, pumpkin bread, grapes

before 6 I was okay...my dinner was big o.o
