[SIZE=4][COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]My Morning Banana Diet Day [/B][/COLOR][/SIZE][SIZE=4][COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]# 4 (January 12th, 2009)[/B][/COLOR][/SIZE][COLOR=DarkOrchid]

[B]Weight:[/B] [/COLOR]158.7! Lost 1.3 pounds! yay *twirls happily!* :D I've been following this diet pretty strictly so I'm really happy to see such quick results!

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Breakfast[/B] (7:15 a.m.)[/COLOR]

2 bananas
250 ml of room temperature water

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (12:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR]Cesar salad with yogurt dressing
Chicken pita

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (3 p.m.)[/COLOR]

Fruit salad

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Dinner[/B] (5:45 p.m.)

[COLOR=Black]Vegetable omelet
*Barley tea thermos for the evening :)

[/COLOR] [B]Thoughts and Feelings:
Very busy day, I've managed to eat some healthy food at work but it was really hard to look at my workmates eating french fries & burgers (it smelled so good! :() [/COLOR][/COLOR]but once I got home I felt proud of myself for resisting the temptation :D
