*Lilo's morning banana diet track* DAY 2

[B]Weight:[/B] [/COLOR] 160 pounds!!:eek:
I can't believe I've already lost 3 pounds, ( I wonder if something is wrong with my scale... :confused: sounds too good to be true lol)

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Breakfast[/B] (10:30 a.m.)[/COLOR]

2 bananas (felt full like yesterday)
250 ml of room temperature water

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (1:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR] - 1 Bowl of rice
- Vegetable stir fry with shrimps (pretty easy to make, I've found so many cool recipes on youtube ^^ maybe i'll post some links later)

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (3:30 p.m.)[/COLOR]

Apple & kiwi, and tea (ginger & honey)

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Dinner[/B] (06:30 p.m.)

[COLOR=Black]- Bowl of rice with kimchee
- Steamed vegetables
- [/COLOR][/COLOR]2 sole fillets with lemon
[B]Thoughts and Feelings:[/B][/COLOR]
When I stopped eating around 6 o'clock yesterday, I prepared a big thermos of Jasmin tea
-I just put enough tea to get a light flavor, you don't wanna drink something strong at night because you won't be able to sleep after that :( (tea contains theine = cafeine)
So I kept drinking hot tea until 9-10 pm, while watching tv, drinking tea kept my hands busy and I think that really helped because I usually start craving something as soon as I start start lazing around :p
