My Morning Banana Diet Day 3

2 bananas
1 small bowl of Frosted Flakes
12 ounces water


[B]Lunch (11:00 p.m.)[/B]

1 can Select Harvest Light Maryland-Style Crab Soup
4 Sociable’s crackers
2 1/2 cups salad (no dressing)
12 ounces water


[B]Snack (03:00 p.m.)[/B]

Handful of plain M&Ms

[B]Dinner (5:00 p.m.)[/B]

10" whole-wheat wrap
2 ox chicken breast
1/2 chopped green peppers, onions, and carrots
2 teapons smart balance
2 cups broccoli, cauliflower, squash, zucchini

[B]Evening Snack (00:00 p.m.)[/B]

None

[B]Thoughts and Feelings:[/B]

I felt really good about the diet today. Eating the cereal at breakfast really helped my hunger. Also eating my meals closer together helped out a lot as well. I have to work tonight so I have to eat early and go to bed early.

1 small Ledo's Pep Pizza
12 ounces water


[B]Snack (04:00 p.m.)[/B]

1 bowl of chili
1 piece of cornbread


[B]Dinner (10:30 p.m.)[/B]

1 cup broccoli slaw

[B]Evening Snack (00:00 p.m.)[/B]

None

[B]Thoughts and Feelings:[/B]

I was not as hungry after I ate breakfast like day 1. Around 1000 I was starting to feel hungry and since I was out at an appointment I brought the pizza (Bad Choice). I should have packed my lunch and brought it with me.

Treadmill walked 3.5 on a 6 incline for 30 mins.

2oz Healthy Heart Deli Ham
1 slice of Kraft Selects Cheese
2 slices whole wheat bread, mustard

Breakstones cottage cheese doubles with strawberry

I was very hungry after I ate breakfast. I wanted to eat the entire day. I am not sure if the hunger was becasue I worked out before breakfast.
