[FONT="Century Gothic"]Started day doing 30 minutes of exercise on my cross trainer

[B]Breakfast[/B]
1 banana and a cup of water

[B]Midmorning[/B]
I was naughty and ate 1 poached egg on a piece of grain bread. Obviously the one banana wasn't quite enough for me yet.

[B]Lunch[/B]
1 chicken wrap from Subway
1 small tub of yoghurt
600ml bottle of water

[B]Snack[/B]
Small bunch of grapes

I went to a soccer game and didn't get home til late so didn't get to have dinner[/FONT]
