My second day...better!

[B]Weight:[/B] 185 pounds, I guess
[B]Body Fat:[/B] dunno..
[B]Bedtime:[/B] in few mintues ( now is 1.13 a.m.)
[B]Bowel Movements:[/B] bad
[B]Exercise:[/B] very hard in gym...some rebound thing and cyclette


[B]Breakfast[/B] (111.00 a.m.)

2 banana(s)
4 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (2p.m.)

chicken with raisin and apple

3 p.m: sweet tooth time: fiber gallette with some plum jam and a little chocolate, then coffee

[B]Snack[/B] (4.30 p.m.)

fresh orange juice and 1 protein bar

[B]Dinner[/B] (8 p.m.)

vegetables soup, fiber gallette with some ail and herbes cheese, 1 pear, 3 dried plums

[B]Evening Snack[/B]


[B]Thoughts and Feelings:[/B]

I'm getting better in controling myself but bowel movements are bad!! :(
