1 banana
12 ounces water

½ of hamburger
½ of a potato pancake

[B]Snack[/B] (03:00 p.m.)

1 packet of fruit snacks

[B]Dinner[/B] (07:00 p.m.)

½ of hamburger
½ of a potato pancake
A little homemade pasta

[B]Evening Snack[/B] (00:00 p.m.)


[B]Thoughts and feelings[/B]

I think I did pretty well, this is definitely a diet I can handle but I dont think just one pack of fruit snacks for my snack is enough, I was ravenously hungry by 5, after all they arent even a full ounce each anyway.
