Day 13

Breakfast: A banana, a piece of sushi, a couple soda crackers, and some coffee jello. - it was a late breakfast

Lunch/Snack: a piece of quesadilla, a banana, berry, and pineapple juice smoothie, a roll, a wedge of cheese, and a handful of almonds.

Dinner: Green bean casserole, turkey, a roll, pumpkin bread, grapes

before 6 I was okay...my dinner was big o.o
weigh in on tuesday >.>

Days 11 & 12

Breakfast: 3 clementines

Lunch: A char siu bao.

Dinner: Chinese :D

Lunch: a spam musubi (refer to earlier post about the awesomeness of spam), a piece of fried chicken (.....not healthy, i know.)

Snack: Shave ice and a couple of soda crackers...and a piece of sushi....and white chocolate chocolate chips

Dinner: a pumpkin muffin. huge snack...s...>.>

Breakfast: Small pumpkin muffin, a little bit of Chinese pamalo.

Lunch?: A chocolate chip cookie, some nuts

Dinner: Watch out, it's gonna be HUGE!

Lunch: A can of Progresso chicken noodle soup >.>

Snack: Soda crackers

Dinner: (it was big o.o) choy sum, chicken, rice, a brownie, and part of a chinese pamalo.

Breakfast: 2 small cookies, a large piece of brownie, and a little bit of curry....it's my sister's birthday......

Lunch: Chili and rice and cake :D

Snack: Pomegranate and assorted nuts.

Dinner: A little soba, a little rice, a scoop of strawberry cheesecake ice cream.

This is horrible >.< Whenever I snack, I can't stop! But if I don't snack, I get grumpy and hungry. CONTROL. I NEED CONTROL.

Breakfast: Apple

Lunch: Sushi and baked french fries

Snack: Soda crackers and costco samples xD

Dinner: Chicken katsu curry, broccoli, miso soup

Snack: Cashews, crackers and cheese, fruit, and yogurt. Okay. It's healthy, but I really, really have to stop snacking after dinner >.<


ONE WEEK! >.< But I've been bad lately. I'll try to be better! Especially with holidays coming up.

Lunch: McChicken from McDonald's

Snack: A LOT of grapes and 3 chocolate chip cookies >.> hehe

Dinner: O.O wow. I had A LOT. I went to a birthday dinner. There was a lot of food. Good food. And cake. An ice cream cake. T.T I'm ashamed. Will do betterer next week >.<

I weighed myself this morning :)
I'm 129 lbs./58.5 kg.
xD I'm happy! I've lost a pound in three days on this diet! This is looking good!

Breakfast: Okay, I admit I was bad. I had two clementines and....a cup of soup.... :D hehe.

Lunch: Tamagoyaki, sweet bread, spam and cheese sandwich. Wait! Before you start thinking anything bad about spam I just want you to know that it's good! People here in Hawaii eat it all the time. It may not look like the most appetizing thing, but it's good.

Snack: Apple, a wee bit of coffe jello - the last.. :( and a handful of nuts. (<<that's kinda a lot >.<)

Dinner: Noodles, sushi....annd junk food (cookies. :D)

Will try better to be healthier tomorrow xD

Lunch: Soba, a couple pieces of apple, tamagoyaki, coffee jello :D

Snack: Venti unsweetened black iced tea from Starbucks and a couple of soda crackers.

Dinner: Shoyu pork, rice, broccoli << LOTS :)
