[SIZE=4][COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]My Morning Banana Diet Day [/B][/COLOR][/SIZE][SIZE=4][COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]# 5 (January 13th, 2009)[/B][/COLOR][/SIZE]
[B]Weight:[/B] [/COLOR]158.5 Almost same as yesterday, I think I've lost weight really fast the the first days because I made drastic life style changes, now my body seems to slow down a bit (hope I won't stop losing weight though :confused:)

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Breakfast[/B] (7:15 a.m.)[/COLOR]

2 bananas
250 ml of room temperature water

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (12:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR]Cesar salad with yogurt dressing
Tuna sandwich

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (3 p.m.)[/COLOR]

Fruit salad

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Dinner[/B] (6 p.m.)

[COLOR=Black]Vegetable soup (I followed this recipe:
it's really tasty & low calorie ;))
*chamomile tea for the evening

[/COLOR] [B]Thoughts and Feelings:
I forgot to mention that I did some abs & stretching workout yesterday, I was expecting to do the same workout again but my stomach hurts and my muscles feel sore! [/COLOR][/COLOR]

hello beth here from phils. is banana diet really effective? ME i just tried it now.. this is mt 1st day.. i am 26 yrs old and i want to loose weight coz all my dress is too small to me now.. and short breath due to i gained weight.. guys, if you have any advices to me please please ... mail me ... i am really eager to loose weight now i am overweight.. thank you... :-)
