The last few weeks I've read a lot about the Morning Banana Diet and it intrigued me. Moreover I'm very obsessed with the Japanese culture, food and really everything which had to do with Japan, so I said "Hey you wanna lose some weight anyway, so give it a try!"
And here I am! :D

[U][B]Breakfast[/B] 8:00 AM: [/U]
*1 1/2 Banana and 1 glass of lukewarm water
[U][B]Lunch[/B] 02:30 PM: [/U]
*30g of brown rice, avocado-lettuce-salad, 3 ricepaper springrolls
[U][B]Dinner[/B] 06:30 PM:[/U]
*1 bowl of miso soup, japanese style potatoe salad with broccoli
*Dessert: 1/2 apple with 50ml soy milk and 20g Cornflakes

*[B]Bedtime[/B] will be at 11:00 PM, tonight.
*I did some [B]exercising[/B], namely 15 min. Weight training, 20 min. Weight Stepping, 30 min. Dancing

Today I'm totally exhausted and I've got a headache. I think the lack of sleep during the last week is the culprit. But finally it's weekend! I'm looking foward to my warm and cosy bed.
