I had...

Breakfast ( 8.20 AM ) : 1 banana, i cup of room temperature water and 1 chocolate pastry.

Midmorning ( 11.05 AM ) :1 packet of Doritos.

Lunch ( 2. 30 PM ) : 1 plate of chicken rice and a glass of water.

Snack (3.11 PM ) : Green tea and 1 bar of Snickers.

Dinner : don't know yet. probably the same as lunch.

Does this diet really work?

I have been on so many, many different diets, but I liked this one because I love banana's. Does anyone have any feed back or advise for me. I'm new and would appreciate any feedback that any of you might have. :rolleyes:

Last few Days

What day is this? I forget but I have to say I have been pretty good about sticking to plan. That is until today, I ate a little too much at dinner(feeling really full). And I messed up at breakfast. But it is all okay, overall I am doing well. One day isn't going to blow it all out of the water as long as I learn and move on, right? Will weigh myself on Monday and see if I lost anything. Maybe not because I have my horrendous period.

B: 1/2 Banana(was a bit under ripe) and then some potato wedges
L: 2 chili dogs and a medium soy latte
D: Chicken teriyaki, rice, and spinach

day two

Breakfast: one banana

Later: Iced tea,
Later Later: iced latte (low fat)

Lunch: Brown rice and a fat free yogurt

Dinner: mashed potatoes and two fat free yogurts

5 or 6 bite-sized mint 3 musketeers for my chocolately snack in the afternoon

I had a piece of cornbread at some point as well but I don't remember when. Its now 5:13pm and I'm done eating for the day. Not toooo bad considering I went for a jog as well

2 pieces of seaweed/rice roll ( I hate seaweed… I ended up throwing up then just not eating.)

L(noon): 1 mini bag popcorn, black bean soup, grilled chicken breast(precooked from a pouch)

S(4:30PM): 1 pb cup & 2 circus peanuts & 2 candy corn pumpkins <-----mmmmm, sugar!

D(6:30PM): Chinese take out=garlic chicken, steamed rice, pork eggroll
Did well today, still only had 1 cup of coffee. Probably more due to being busy, and not being able to finish a cup, than any attempt by me to cut down. The popcorn was made at 10AM but I didn't get to eat more than a few kernals until lunch(and the boss was making me angry by saying it was burnt when it wasn't). Also, I don't normally eat much sugar but today was more of the "I never eat these except at Halloween" so I had to have a couple in addition to the pb cup. Sorta like how I only eat green bean casserole at Thanksgiving even though I really like it. And at dinner I put a bit more than 1/2 of it in a container(since I am had the eggroll tonight) for tomorrow's lunch. I didn't go to bed until after 2AM last night(was watching a movie)but will try to go to bed earlier tonight. So far I am liking this "diet" but we will see how things are next Monday when I weigh myself.

I read about this diet a few weeks ago and wanted to try it, but kind of shrugged it off.
This past summer I read a book about the meat industry and became a vegetarian which meant a drastic change to how and what I ate.
I started eating a lot of fruit and yogurt, and ended up dropping a lot of weight.
Watermelon was the mainstay of my diet for the last few months, however, since I live in the North Eastern US, there isn't much watermelon to be had this time of year. To get me through the winter, and hopefully to continue dropping weight, I'm going to try this fruit-centric diet.

7:45 amt: 1 banana

8:15am: 1 Fat-free yogurt and iced tea (no sugar, just lemon wedge)

9:30am: 1 banana

10am: Coffee coolatta

11am: 1 banana

1:30pm 1 banana, a slice of vegan pizza and a v. small salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

4pm: 2 bananas

I drank water consistently throughout the day as well.

I can't decide if I should have some kind of dinner since I did have that coffee coolatta earlier in the day...

My 1st day!!!

[COLOR=DarkRed][SIZE=3][FONT=Comic Sans MS]GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! Today 11-04-2008 is my first day on the morning banana diet.
My weight today is 293 lbs.
I am 5ft. 3 in. tall
I hate 2 bananas ans drank 2 bottles of water breakfast, for lunch I had a salad, snack a 100 calorie pack cake and supper we are going to have shrimp pasta salad.I drank 5 more bottles of water through the day. GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!
