day 14 sunday weigh in day

Starting Weight: 176 lbs
Current Weight: 170 lbs
Goal Weight: 125 lbs

Oh no... since the last weigh in day.. I've yet to lose any more pounds but instead i gained one...
well who could i blame but myself.. I've been splurging for a few days... couldn't keep my hands off the sweets and well i went to sleep pretty late every night..
I'll start all anew this week, I think a better way for me to stay on schedule is to plan out my menu for the whole week, then I'll something to look forward to, eat at appropriate times and won't splurge... *sighs* wish me luck!

current weight: 169.2 lbs
goal weight: 125 lbs.

So the scale says i lost almost 7 lbs in 7 days?? its probably not right.. i think i lost more because I started changing my eating habits..

i totally splurged yesterday at sizzler's,walked the whole day and was in class the whole day. got so tried so i just went out of control.. i'll try to get back on track today .. *sighs*

Day 3 of diet.. decided to weigh myself starting every sunday heehee

Breakfast::
7:30am
1 banana, 1 glass of room temp water

Lunch::
12:30pm
2 slices of potato bread, light mayo, 1 slice of honey ham, 1 slice of all american cheese, one piece of romania lettuce
2 choco chip cookie with some chedder ruffles. .. (bad.. realli!! bad...)

Snack::
3:30pm
1/2 cup of haagan daz pineapple and coconut ice cream with a choco chip cookie

Dinner::
6:15pm
New York Minute Salad with some pork and chicken

NO DESSERT!

Bedtime:: ehh.. 12:05

today was bad....

I am currently on my third day of the banana diet.. i think i've kept up with it.. but the bad thing.. i ate ice cream today.. darn!! shouldn't have done that ... so anyways..

Starting Date:: January 25th, 2010
Starting weight: 176 lbs.
Want to lose: 51 lbs.
Goal weight:125
Height: 5'5.5 (166cm)
BMI: ~29.3
age: 18
Occupation: College Student

Day 1: 1/25/10

Breakfast::
7:30am 1 banana, 1 glass of water

Lunch::
12:00~12:10pm
2 slices of 12 grain bread, light mayo, 1 slice of honey ham and 1 slice of american cheese with orange juice (bad...)

Snack:
3:00~3:10pm 1 small choco chip cookie


Dinner::
7:00pm
New York Minute Salad

Consists of:
-1/4 of red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, yellow bell pepper
-2 pieces of romania lettuce chopped up
-half can (2 oz) of tuna soaked in light olive oil
-6~8 grape tomatos
-1 tsp of vinegar

No Dessert::


12:30am Bed


Day 2: 1/26/10

Breakfast::
7:30am 1 banana, 1 glass of water

Lunch::
11:45~12:00pm
mixed chicken and pork in seasoned sauce with some boiled lettuce

Snack::
2:50~3:00pm
Small Choco chip cookie with some coconut and pineapple haagan daz ice cream (bad...)

Dinner::
7:00pm
New York Minute Salad

NO Dessert

Bed: 12:15am
