Starting Today

Hi Everyone,
Today is the first day to find out about the Morning Banana Diet. I read about resistant starch in Woman's World Magazine that I pick up at the grocery store. According to the article the resistant starch is very good for you and you get 13 grams in a slightly green banana and 5 grams in a ripe banana. Then I started researching online and found the Morning Banana Diet. I have to say that I am having trouble finding out what the diet actaully is other than eating 2 bananas in the morning with lukewarm water and then 2 meals with snacks. I am wondering if you just eat normal or if you actually diet the other 2 meals??? Good luck everyone!! Hope we all loose to our desired weight.
