Day 2

Checked my weight today and I'm at 127.8 which is down 1 pound from yesterday.

Breakfast: Skipped because I went to bed at 4 AM and didn't wake up until 10 AM when it was already too late because I had to go to work.

Lunch: 1 banana, 1 orange, a fried egg sandwich with tomato, American cheese, and raw white onion on multigrain bread

No snack

Didn't do much exercise. Will probably skip dinner and walk home tonight which is approximately equivalent to 15 blocks.

Day 1 (Bad start)

So far, I've skipped the banana breakfast, lunch, and the midday snack. I'm guessing I should probably have dinner around 6 PM but I have no idea what I should have...:confused:

I'm always afraid that I'll make a bad decision. I'm going to the gym to burn off around 300 calories so hopefully, I'll have a dinner around that amount in calories too, just to be on the safe side.
