2 bananas

Lunch::
2:15pm
3 corns

Snack::
4:08pm
1 yoplait yogurt

Dinner::
7:00pm
1 bowl of brown rice
grilled tofu
vegetables
2 chicken wings

Exercise::
jogged 4 miles

i am SO out of shape! i couldnt even jog all 4 miles! i had to walk ): aw man!
