Day 3

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Lunch- Peanut Butter Sammy, with whole wheat bread.

Snack- Pumpkin seeds and 1 diet soda.

Dinner- Steamed mixed veggies, small chicken breast, a couple of bites of leftovers.

Snack- Small bowl of organic flax flakes and banana. Made with soy milk.

exercise- Jog around with my doggy.

Feelings- I feel good.. i guess I didn't need a bowl of cereal. I should have just ate the banana and that's it. I caved and had a diet soda too.. that's ok, it tasted crappy so I'll do without today :)

Pumpkin seeds! I make my own from kabocha seeds, soaked in olive oil with cumin or some other spice in them, microwaved under saran wrap till they're crispy. It's nice to not just throw them away.
