Day 3

Breakfast: Banana, cereal

Lunch: Soup, salad with chicken

Snack: Pistachios

Dinner: Chicken and dumplings

Late evening dessert: Chocolate and peanut butter dessert bars :o

Exercise: Walked in the neighborhood, tossed football. (Did the same thing on days 1 and 2.)

Need to be more disciplined with the sweets!

Try the chocolate at 3:00 p.m. It's completely "legal" then. And eat some fruit instead in the evening if you need it.
