Late Start Today Dec. 1, 2009

Well I got a late start today. But at 11:30 I ate 1 banana and drank 1 glass of room temp. water. About 12:30 I ate about 12 Socialite crackersand water. So far so good. I am a diabetic and had glucena bar about 1:00 p.m. But so far so good. Usually by now i would have wanted animal crackers. I have kinda a hinkering for them. I will keep drinking my water and see if that keeps me full.:) I must in all fairness confess that I have had an gastryic bypass 2 1/2 years ago. I was doing really well until I lost my oldest son in March to a brain tumor. And well food was my comfort and have gained back 15 pounds of my 80 pounds lost back. I still need to loose at least 45 more pounds. I am trying to see if this will help. If ther is any suggestions out there, I will be willing to listen. Well until after dinner so long.[/B][/SIZE][/SIZE][/FONT]

9.30 -black coffee
12.00 -nooddle+fruit
16.00 -black coff+bread+1 piece of chocolate
19.00 -rice + kangsom, fried vegetable (ผัดกุยช่ายขาว)
23.30 drink water
23.45 go to bed

I just read about this new Banada Diet and rushed my dad to buy a bunch lol

I hope this works! >_< I realli wanna slim down...especially before prom :p

Please help keep me motivated! And encourage me as I will do the same for you all!!

Banana Diet and a Fresh Start

Heard about the morning banana diet today and I'm excited to give it a try. Started measuring up vital parts of my body today for easy monitoring of my progress. I have been into a lot of diets fads before and experienced the yoyo in my weight. Now at 42 I am really determined to lose weight and live healthy though I am not in any way abusing my self, not smoking and drinking alcohol. I'll be updating you of my progress. Wish me luck!
