Where does the time go??

The pounds have not yet melted away, but I am not feeling as hungry in the morning after eating the banana. I did slip up and have a sprite for dinner last night... otherwise, I've been pretty good! I hope to see some difference by this weekend. I've also been walking each day, and can feel it in my legs! Eek!! Well, it's late and I need my rest before enjoying my banana in a couple hours!! :D

fish sandwich with tarter sauce, lettuce and cheese. and water

(Unfortunately, I was still hungry after my small sandwich, but I made the mistake of the fish sandwich because then I was real full. I think I'll eat more bananas in the morning or have a small snack in between)

My boyfriend works at a restaurant and they had been trying to cook different new entree's to put on the menu. So there were small portions of leftovers he brought home.

1 small portion of ribs

Well, I did not do a good job in my opinion. I made the mistake of eating too much at lunch. Also made the mistake of having my snack at 5 pm not realizing my boyfriend was coming home early with an unusual dinner. I definately need to buy a scale to weigh myself and keep track of my results. I'm not sure how the other users figure out their body fat percent, I will have to look into that. I have hope that tomorrow I will do better.

Fifth day

I am happy with the results :D Now I do fully understand my body. My body absorbs everything I eat if I took it much, but if I regulate my eating to the healthy ones, it is going back to normal rapidly. I am not fat during my childhood days so i guess that's it!

I ate pork and beans again today plus green tea for lunch. I had Yakult (5 bottles wahihi) for my snack and Nido Soup, lettuce and small chunks of grilled pork mixed in Pig's brain (exotic food) + yogurt and green tea for dinner.

Let's see how I'll manage this. I am going to have this lifestyle forever!! I am enjoying it already. I feel super healthy... I will post my weight after I reached the 14th day of my MBD see yah!

Day 1 Complete

Day 1
B - Banana, 1 bottled water
L - Tuna and crackers, gapes, carrots
D - Beef Soup (6pm)
S - none

Played tennis for 45 minutes. Got a good sweat going. :)

After playing tennis I have been hungry but need to focus on not eating after 8pm. Yup its after 8. If I feel the same tomorrow I will have fruit.

Lunch: Soup, salad with chicken

Snack: Pistachios

Dinner: Chicken and dumplings

Late evening dessert: Chocolate and peanut butter dessert bars :o

Exercise: Walked in the neighborhood, tossed football. (Did the same thing on days 1 and 2.)

Need to be more disciplined with the sweets!

2nd day

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Snack- 2 grapes.. Obviously I wasn't hungry XD

Lunch-Leftovers from dinner the night before;
My special diet shepard's pie

Snack-Homemade roasted pumpkin seeds

Dinner-Turkey sammy on whole wheat with lettuce and pickles, 2% cheese 1 slice.
1/2 sausage and steamed carrots.

snack-apple or grapes have not decided :D

I must say I did not exercise today because I had a bad headache, and then when it went away it was dark out.. So tomorrow I'll have to exercise a bit more.

Feelings today: I did not eat till full and I only ate till satisfied. The seeds helped keep me satisfied till dinner and they are healthy!
I drank alot of water throughout the day as well.

Day two and I'm still alive...

[CENTER]Well, it started off ok... I ate a banana and ever-so-slowly sipped my lukewarm water for breakfast this morning. I'm still in need of losing the weight I've had, so no "overnight success" at this point. :D I ate a "sensible lunch" and am still "sensibly hungry", so I'm enjoying a snack-pack of pretzels to tide me over until dinner at 6pm. Hope your fingers are still crossed! Two days down, and... twelve more to go! See ya tomorrow!! Ciao! :)[/CENTER]
