First Day tomorrow :)

So tomorrow i'm starting my first day of the [I]MoBa diet[/I] :) i'm planning to have:

[B]B:[/B] 1 banana + glass water

[B]L:[/B] 6pieces sushi with miso soup + green tea

[B]S:[/B] nutrigrain bar + water

[B]D:[/B] 4-6oz steak with veggies + water

Hmm, that sounds ok for the first day i think, right?

Right now i'm [U][B]5'4" [/B][/U]and about [B][U]117lbs[/U][/B], my goal weight is [B][U]99lbs,[/U][/B] so I have about [B][U]15-20 [/U][/B]to lose. Wish me luck!

HELLO BANANA. let's start off fresh

[B][COLOR="DarkOrange"]i was doing pretty good. i was determined and followed the banana diet rules and was super pumped up about this and ready to get this right =D [/COLOR][/B]

[B][COLOR="Yellow"]however. in the past few days.. since saturday.. up to today [[Monday June 1]] I've been just failcake with the whole diet thing, sometimes eating till i was more-than-plenty full and this morning, upon finding that i was out of bananas, i didnt even eat a banana. goshhh. [/COLOR][/B]

[B][COLOR="SeaGreen"]i know i know. i should be pretty disappointed with myself cuz then later, feeling the slight tension of stress... thanks to my mom =P haha
i fed upon a bountiful amount of chocolate and icecream haha[/COLOR][/B]

[COLOR="RoyalBlue"][B]trust me if i could must up enough hatred and disgust of myself i would try the whole eating disorder thing and throw everything up.
but [sighh] i just can't sacrifice so much of my life and happiness to do that. [/B][/COLOR]

[B][COLOR="DarkOrchid"]cuz no matter how skinny i am, if i have to live my life secretly sneaking into the bathroom to "freshen up" after every meal and stick my finger down my throat and carry around a can of air freshener and a box of mints to cover up the smell of
...my throwup... i don't believe that i could actually call myself a happy person =([/COLOR][/B]

[B][COLOR="Magenta"]and this banana diet seems easy enough. i mean, when i was doing really well with it, it really was quite easy. easier than all the other diets out there =]. and it's healthy, just naturally speeding up the metabolism {oh yes, i definitely noticed this} and not to mention, i <3 bananas! they're such a colorful [COLOR="Yellow"]yellow[/COLOR] and delicious. [/COLOR][/B]

[COLOR="Red"][B]and this personal blog thing is pretty awesome. this will keep me in check. forsureee. my summer body is well under way. starting tomorrow. xP [/B][/COLOR]

Hi everyone! I realize its going to be easier to update while im at school. when im at home i tend to forget to update haha..well anyways today for breakfast i had prune juice then for lunch i had a small enchilada with broccoli and a salad. For the snack i had poptarts, and for dinner i had sweet and sour tofu a chimichanga broccoli. After dinner I had prune juice. Im not sure if i said this in the last one but i hope to weight 120 by this weekend. I hope i do. after this weekend. Im going to do the "3 day diet" and then continue with the banana diet again during the week. alright well i'll update again tomorrow..later!

i know i havent posted anything in a really long time. But i've lost a couple more pounds im about 124 or 123 pounds now im almost to my first goal!! I havent been able to eat bananas this weekend but I bought prune juice to do the prune juice for dinner diet that posted in the other diets thread. tomorrow im going to try to be more extreme, i know saying that is bad and that i should try to lose the weight in a more healthy way but I really want to get to my ultimate goal of 100 pounds. tomorrow for breakfast im going to eat a banana and maybe a bagel or a sweet bread. and for lunch im going to try to have salad and soup. Im going to try to limit the bread i eat tomorrow and eat mainly vegetables this week. well wish me luck on my reaching my first goal this week. hoepfully i'll weight less than 120 when i weigh myself this weekend. ok well i'll update more tomorrow..or today...i should stop going to sleep so late haha oh well the life of a college student XP ahha night everyone!

Hi everyone so this is my seventh day and Im back on track. For breakfast I had a banana and a piece of seaweed, then for lunch I had chicken stir-fry w/ veggies and panini with cheese and pepperoni.For a snack a had 10 sour gummies then for dinner I had baked ziti w/o meat, broccoli and salad. Throughout the day I have been drinking oolong tea which works to help excrete fat. Im going to try and go more serious on this diet and limit my grains to once a day at most. Im going to try and drink more tea in between meals to distract myself from eating the candy my roomate got me for my birthday. hahah well Im glad im back on track--wish me luck the rest of the week guys!! I'll probably update again tomorrow though lol XD well later!!
