Alright, today at the early wee hours (1:46AM), I have registered myself to the Banana Diet Forum and hoping that later I will start my Morning Banana diet program.

Let's see how it goes!

Woke up at : l didn't sleep last night so let's just say l ate my 1/2 banana and cup of water at 8 am.

Woke up at 6:45 am probably out of stress.

Breakfast 1 cup water, 2 bananas.
Weight: 68 kg =(

a new taiwanese drama came out so l stayed up watching it and lost track a bit

Day 5

I skipped a day because l had Chemistry Exams. Damn. Here goes yesterday's report.

Woke up at 7am
Had 2 bananas for breakfast and a starbucks mug sized cup of water.

Lunch was ricenoodle 1 bowl.

Dinner 1 bowl of rice, 1 bowl of soup.

Went to sleep at 9:45 pm

This diet is helping me get back to my normal sleeping schedule :p

Weight: 147.4 lb :cool:

hi...!
I have been hating this fat body now in the age of 16....my family &friends are teasing me because of my chubbiness, maybe it was normal for me to be aware of my figure as a teenager.
I tried many kinds of diet but it doesn't work as well with my workouts...but now now I'm trying this morning banana diet.but the big problem on me is that i don't know how to control my appetite -this really bothers me.....do you have any advices for me?.........

[SIZE="3"][COLOR="Magenta"]Breakfast: nothing because l couldn't wake up until noon.

Lunch: 2 bowls of rice. I was starving :(

Dinner: 1 bowl of rice, 1 bowl of soup ;)

Bedtime: 1am

Weight: 149.6 :eek:

Note: Is it just me or does this diet really works? l have lost 4.4lb in 4 days? lb a day ;O[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Lunch was the same as always noodles.
Dinner I had 1 bowl of rice.
Due to work, I had to stay up to 2:30 AM:mad:

Lunch l had 1 bowl of rice noodle.

Snack: chocolate Popsicle, bowl of cereal

Dinner: 1 bowl of noodles

Bedtime: 12:30 am

Woke up at 10:15 am.

Breakfast: I had 2 bananas and a few sips of water.

Lunch I had 1 bowl of noodles.

Dinner: 1 1/2 bowl of rice. Awful, l guess my appetite was better because l ate breakfast.

Sleep: 12am , better than usual ;)

Weighed myself:
154 lb today :eek:

Hate bananas...this diet will be a struggle

Today is day 1 for me with this diet. The two fruits I absolutely don't like are apples and bananas. I love mangos, coconut, grapefruit and an occasional orange. The only way I can bear to eat bananas is with cereal (cheerios), or eating it raw with a little peanut butter or honey. BUT since the rules state that I must it a banana before meals by itself, I will do just that. This is going to be a struggle.
