DAY 9!! Relief

[B]Morning[/B]

6:00
- Weight: 54kg ( phew still the same)
- 1/3 banana
- Jogging 30 min

7:00
-1/2 banana

11:30
- 1 slice of bread + peanut butter

4:30
- 1 cup of milk + 1 biscuit
- 1 slice of bread with peanut butter:mad:
- 1/2 cup of milk + corn flake:mad:

Water till bed time
Thank you for my sis from stopping me go crazy after 4:30's krazy meal :'(

- Weight: 54 kg (just only 1 week and i loose 1 kg) hehe so happy if it really keep going like this 3 more week i'll loose 3 more kg
- 2/3 banana
- Jogging 30 min

7:30
- 1 cup of milk + 1 banana

12:00
-1 steam bun with BBQ pork
-1 slice of whole meal bread with curry

1:30
-1 banana

5:30
- half a bowl of rice + 2 piece of chicken
- half a cup of milk + 1 piece of butter biscuit:mad:

10:00
- bed time

Some how i feel like that i gained weight!! :mad: really tired!! Anyway!! Here is what i ate!

[B]Morning[/B]

6:00:
-1/2 banana
-jogging 30 min
-corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup) + 1 more banana

12:00
-curry + 2 slices of bread

4:30
- corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup)
-1 banana
- 1 pickle

9:30
- 1/3 banana

10:30
- bed time

Overall: :mad: not happy

GO!GO!GO! BANANA....day 1..

this is my first attempt to eat a banana... im 130lbs.... wants to loose 30 lbs..just searched the site MBD just this morning and already eaten my breakfast. so i start my banana diet this lunch time... 2 pcs. green philippine banana and water...
but im a coffee drinker... i need to drink my coffee, cant live without my coffee. I usually i drink morning and afternoon.... so later around 1pm ill drink my coffee... hope this still work... :eek:

- Weight: 54.5 kg
- 1 banana + jogging 30 min

- 7:30: break fast: corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup)

- 11:30: half a bowl of pasta with tomato sauce + 1/2 banana

- 4:00: corn flake + light milk (1 cup)
- 1 slice of whole meal bread + half slice of cheese + tomatoes sauce:mad:
-1/2 banana

Water till bed time :)

- Weight: 55kg:confused: I don't know how people can loose weight so easily. Like my mom 1 month after the holiday the loose 2 kg easily:eek:
-1 small banana
-(Anyway) jogging 30 min

- 7:30: Breakfast: corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup)
-8:00: a thin slice of bread and peanut butter

11:30: half a bowl of rice + white radish

3:30: 1 banana + corn flake +light milk ( 1 cup)

5:00: 1 bowl of salad ( lettuce + pickle + onions)

Water until bed time

10:30 bed time

- Jogging and running for 30 min

7:30: Breakfast: 1 cup of corn flake + light milk + 1 small banana

1:00: 1 biscuit :eek: It was right in front of me when I sit down in front of my laptop, probably my sis put it there!! damn it

2:21: 1 cup of light milk + cornflake +
- 1 banana

Water Till bed time

10:00 Bed time

DAY 3!! OMG, This is hard!!

I think that when you used to eat the amount that you eat per days for so long, your stomach is kinda "stretch out" like eating less make you more hungry. So I'll be patience as long as I could to make it "small" again!! haizz :3

So for today,

[B]Morning[/B]

6:00: - Wake up
- Weight 55 kg( 120 lbs)
- 1 small banana
- walking and running( 30 min)

8:00: breakfast ( corn flake + light milk)

...11:30: (I made it, no snack in the morning only water):D
- Lunch: BBQ pork ( no skin + fat off) + half bowl of rice + other veggie (steamed)

3:30: 1 small banana

5:00: Dinner: corn soup + chicken roll ( I left the chicken roll pieces as much as I could >''<)

Water till bed time

10:30: Sleep time :)

DAY 2! Good so far- 30 DAYS Challenge

- 1 small banana before exercise :)
- Walking and running as usual (30 minutes)

8:10: Light milk with corn flake cereal

11:30: half a bowl of rice + 1 piece of grilled chicken wing + tomatoes + 1 pear:D

[B]Afternoon[/B]

2:00: 1 pear + 1 banana

3:00: light milk with corn flake cereal:mad:

5:30: half a bowl of rice + half of small sardine fish

Water later

11:30: bed

DAY 1! Here we go- 30 days challenge

[B]Morning:[/B]

6:00 a.m: waking up and changing + weight 55kg (120 lbs)

6:30 a.m: running and walking for 30 minutes outside ( Lucky no rain today, but so hot, winter is better)

7:00 a.m: back at home and washing

7:30 a.m: 1 cup of milk with corn flake cereal

8:00 a.m: 1 pear.( I think as long as it low sugar sugar in it is okay, it doesn't has to be bananas, beside i had cereal so it will be able to keep me enough energy till lunch so I want more light fruit)

8-11:00 a.m: studying and reading magazine

11:00 a.m half a banana before lunch

12:00: finish lunch ( I had tuna with tomato sauce, absolutely yummy and healthy + half bowl of rice + 1 bowl of Chinese cabbage soup and the remain half of the banana before lunch)

[B]Afternoon:[/B]

1-3:30 p.m: I took a nap :P which I should be just 30 minutes max ( ooppps over time today)

4:00: 1 cup of milk with cornflake cereal( I don't normally eat like this but today I had to cook fried noodle for my sisters, so cereal is a lighter choice)

4:00-6:00: water

6:00- a banana :)

6:30-10:00- i keep my self busy with T.V shows

12:00 go to sleep

[B][U]* Note:[/U][/B]

1. It is very important to keep your self busy. Because when you are bored or have nothing to do. Most people tend to eat.
2. Water to help you full
3. Remember listing what you ate for a whole day even 1 piece of nut
