Second Day

[B]Bedtime:[/B] 10:00 p.m.
[B]Bowel Movements:[/B] 1
[B]Exercise:[/B] walked half an hour to work and did about an hour and a half of housework

[B]Breakfast[/B] (07:10 a.m.)

2 banana and water


[B]Lunch[/B] (12:30 p.m.)
Chicken salad sandwich

[B]Snack[/B] (03:00 p.m.)

small handfull of mixed nuts
small handfull of chocolate covered raisins


[B]Dinner[/B] (07:30 p.m.)
Spaghetti with hamburger and onions
two glasses of red wine

[B]Evening Snack[/B] (00:00 p.m.)
none



[B]Thoughts and Feelings:[/B]
Well I think I did better than yesterday with my food intake and the schedule. Although, I did go to bed early and did not give 4 hours in between dinner and going to bed. I will need to work on that too.

Banana Diet Eve

So I just decided that with the start of the holidays that I must make sure I continue to loose weight so I will start bloging and begin my banana diet tommorow moring.

Kind of did a week anyway!

I saw a tv program about different diets in Japan and the results of the banana breakfast were what I thought I needed. So I started the next day. That was Saturday September 20th. I lost 1.4kgs in the first week. (That was yesterday) However, when I started looking on the internet and found this community I realized that I had not had it completely right. I was just taking water with my breakfast but continuing through the day with my coffees, and cokes. As well as an ice cream for dessert every night!!!:(

So maybe I was lucky that I lost so much in the first week. Anyway, yesterday, Saturday September 27th, I did a proper day of the diet and had only water all day, and instead of ice cream for dessert, I ate it at 3pm.:D Maybe I will lay off a little on the ice cream...

So we will see how things go for the next week.

Day 4

Breakfast- 2 bananas

Lunch- Turkey Sammy with whole wheat, low fat mayo, lettuce, pickles and veggie cheese.

Snack- Peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread

Dinner- Chicken soup and crackers

Snack- Apple with peanut butter

Feelings-I didn't exercise today again.. ugh.. I usually do everyday.. But I got some bad news so I was in no mood. but otherwise..I felt like I ate a little too much.. I think I'm going to cut back on my snacking.

So i went to bed earlier last night, wll i got in bed at Midnight, but didn't lay there for hours, maybe just one hour, not sure. But anyways, when my alarm woke me up at 8am i only hit the snooze till 8:30 then threw myself in the shower to drown myself awake.

Currently chewing my banana as we speak...oh...now opening banana no.2 :D

Ok, i'm not used to being out of bed this early, i guess i'll just write a chapter of my book and i'll update this later this evening to tell you how my day went!

Day One!

Today I bought 2 big bunches of banans and tommorrow i start the diet! I am really excited. I'll weigh myself tomorrow and each day and see how much weight I lose in one week. If there is a good result I'll keep going until I lose 30 pounds!:D

Wrong Weight

_Today was an absolute wonderful day for me. this is honestly the first time that I have been able to sit down and eat and not finish EVERYTHING on my plate. I have a lot of energy! I don't know if this is b/c of the banana or will power, nonetheless I am vert HAPPY!:). Over all this wa s a great day!____________________________________________

Day 2 & 3

[U][B]Day 2:[/B][/U]

[U] Morning:[/U] at 9:00 AM; two bananas and a bottle of water (couldn't get room temp. due to a rush to class).

[U] Lunch:[/U] at 11:30 AM; a salad with red wine vinegar (no meat) and a bag of baked lay's cheddar chips.

[U] Snack:[/U] at 3:15 PM; a chocolate chip cookie made by my floormate's uncle (lol).

[U] Dinner:[/U] at 6:00 PM; a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich from Panera Bread and a bag of chips all with water.

--I had a little alcohol that night due to a Celtics Basketball game with friends!


[U][B] DAY 3: The Weirdest Day of Dieting[/B][/U]

[U] Morning:[/U] I missed bananas for breakfast--had to go tree picking with friends for Christmas extremely early in the morning. So we were served a French Toast casserole instead, with bacon. I had a small portion with two strips of bacon and water.

[U] Snack:[/U] at 1:00 PM; a small bag of popcorn at the tree farm.

[U] Lunch:[/U] at 3:00 PM; four very small slices of pizza and manually took the cheese off due to being lactose intolerant and water. Did not eat crust.

[U] Dinner:[/U] at 9:00 PM (I know!); a small bag of Tostito Scoop chips with medium salsa and the usual, water.


[B] Today was a really off day! :([/B]
