Goals

My goals for this diet:

Current weight: 130 lbs/59 kilos
Final goal weight: 117 lbs/53.5 kilos

Short term: By December 13: 125 lbs/56.5 kilos
Short term: By December 31: 123 lbs/55 kilos

Final goal: By January 26

Can do? :D

Oh, I know these weights may sound a bit lowish for some people...but I'm kinda short >.<

End of first day

Today's food consisted of:

Breakfast: 2 small/medium bananas

Lunch: Shepherd's Pie (not the healthiest thing in the world, I know, but I didn't have too much) and a piece of chocolate....it was small....

Snack: Soda crackers! :D Plain but yummy.

Dinner: Beef with bell peppers and onions in a ketchup, worcestershire, sugar, shoyu, and corn starch sauce. With rice and a biscuit :)


...I've just counted my bananas. No way they're gonna last me till Sunday when I get more. I guess I'm gonna substitute with apples some days.

My second day...better!

[B]Exercise:[/B] very hard in gym...some rebound thing and cyclette

chicken with raisin and apple
water

3 p.m: sweet tooth time: fiber gallette with some plum jam and a little chocolate, then coffee

fresh orange juice and 1 protein bar

[B]Dinner[/B] (8 p.m.)

vegetables soup, fiber gallette with some ail and herbes cheese, 1 pear, 3 dried plums

[B]Evening Snack[/B]

nothing

I'm getting better in controling myself but bowel movements are bad!! :(

Still 160.8 (ate my banana for breakfast and a smoothie for lunch but ate kind of a big dinner last night) but expect to drop into the 150s sometime next week.

One note...I've tried eating less before but have failed. I don't know what it is about eating the banana for breakfast that is helping me (maybe it's mental...maybe physical...I don't know...LOL).

Gotta go finish my morning banana and hit the treadmill :-)

Breakfast - 6am 2 banana's 1 cup warm water

snack 9am -- instant oatmeal

lunch 11:30-- salad

snack 2:50 pm- sm ice cream

supper 6pm- pork chop- with corn and greens:o

I got pretty hungry about 8:30 and I did have some cereal. I hope I do better tommorrow.

I did start exercising today I ran 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill.


I'm going to try and stick with this for awhile
I'd like to lose at least 15 pounds. Right now I weight 143.5. :o

Feeling good about this diet

This is so simple I've been on it for 3 days so far I've lost 2 lbs. Losing 10 to 15 is my total goal.:D I'm sure I can do this one!!!
