Breakfast- 2 bananas
Lunch- Can of Tuna with lowfat mayo and whole wheat crackers
Snack- banana
Dinner- Romaine lettuce with black beans, and a peanut butter sammy.
Exercise- Squats and lunges, pushups and crunches. I need to do these more often!! My legs are killing me.. Better work those muscles
Feelings- Ate alot better today!! This weekend I can't eat bananas for breakfast, only 2 days, but will stick to the rest of it anyway. I don't have a scale, so I have no idea if I lost weight or anything. Not sure what I started out weighing either. Will weigh myself at my mum's next weekend. Husband broke my scale, he tripped on it XD
