Week 2 of the diet ^^ I'm excited, I feel healthy and thin.

B: 1 Banana, 1 cup of water
L: Beef and Onion Rice Bowl
S: Cup of French Vanilla Mocha coffee
D: Metropolitan spaghetti, 1 cup of water

Sleep by 12 ^^

Sleep by 12 is harder than cutting back on food for many people.
