Day 9

Well, I am officially 83 Kg (182.6 lbs)!!

Eating habit for today:

Lunch: Romaine Lettuce again with grated cheese plus fish and pork meat.

Snack: Fried Bananas wrapped in spring roll wrapper fried in oil with sugar. (SO in other words, an oily sugary food :( )

Dinner: A small quantity of mixed pork, pumpkin and string beans

Beverages and others:
Yogurt, Grean Tea and Senna Tea, Yakult Cultured Milk, peanuts, tamarind and chocolate 4pcs)


Well, I have a long way to go (My target weight is 70 Kg) I am just worried how long can I stick to this and especially yuletide season is coming therefore lots of TEMPTATIONS!! *sigh*

They say the human body tries to fatten up in fall/early winter because of evolutionary factors relating to the lack of food in the winter back in prehistoric times.

I'm worried about the holidays coming up as well! I have a tip tho, eat before you go to a party or family dinner, so when you sit down to eat the full meal, you will not be hungry.
Like before you go to dinner eat a bowl of soup.. I do this all the time.. I wind up eating very little at dinner :)
